Impuls txl 50 little to no power
#1
I have a Impuls txl 50 new front and rear clutch kit. Runs alright but won’t move if I full throttle with wheels in the air it’ll spin but no power on the ground. Any ideas?

Take the belt cover off and see what is going on when you run it and rev up "on the ground" Really annoys me that the front and rear pulleys are referred to as "clutches" THEY ARE NOT CLUTCHES. On the little Eton the centrifugal clutch is attached to the rear pulley, but is a separate item. So the belt could be slipping due to the pulleys not working properly, or too big a belt, or the centrifugal clutch could be slipping due to faulty assembly. If everything in the belt box is driving, a stripped gear in the gearbox could also cause loss of drive.
