Default New Rhino Won't Fit in my Trailer

New Guy Here!

I took delivery of a Rhino last week - and LIKE IT. But, the roll cage is too tall for my Wells Cargo motorcycle trailer. I had the same issue when I bought my tractor last year; however, as the tractor roll bar is a very simple design, QD fastners made it an an easy fix. The Rhino cage is a little busy for a QD application and the only other choice I see involves a torch and multiple sleeves.............................any thoughts or ideas?

BTW: Nice forum you all have here!

If it's only too tall by a couple of inches, then just flatten the tires before you load it.

Oh, and lower the preload on the shocks so that the rhino sits lower.

I wish letting out the air would work (good idea though)..................however, I need about 8" (my life's story). I thought about a different trailer; but, this ones paid for and I kinda like it (for my motorcycles). Looks like it may be time to buy a cheap flat bed to haul the tractor and Rhino - what the heck, its only money.

I bought the Rhino for $8900 from Destination Cycle in Kerrville Texas. Nice folks all around!

Contact www.blackrhinoperformance.com , they are coming out with a shortened roll bar that looks way better.
