4-seater Rhino?
#1
I own a 2005 Rhino that I use primarily for trail riding. I have heard of people putting a roll cage and seats in the back. Has anyone heard of this or have any picks so I could have this done to mine? I have two smaller kids with the wife and would like to make it like a mini jeep. Thanks.

those things are soooooo sick! i think u could only fit one seat in the back like they did for one of the quads on that website. if ur a good project guy then i think u would be able to make a nice comfy bench for the back of ur rhino and weld it on or sumthin. good luck.

Saw a Rhino at Pismo that had a second seat on it. He was going up the dunes pretty good. Seemed a bit top heavy. Was waiting for him to roll it, but he didn't. If you do it, just be aware of that issue.

schedule 40 is the same steel that the orginal roll cage from yamaha is made out of.
Arc welding is stonger than wire welding, the orginal yamaha cage uses wire welding.
Thanks.

There is someone at my campground that installed a small bench seat in the rear of his Rhino and added the rollcage to protect them. It's best used for smaller riders since room is limited and like RD said, it does get a bit more top heavy so level ground is the best terrain if you have extra passengers.
