Default mini buggy vs honda pilot 400

ok here goes.

has anyone looked at comparing the new china made mini buggys to the performance of the honda FL400 pilot or any other japan or domestic made mini rails????

the new china made 650cc and 800cc such as the viper or the venom mamba seem to be gathering a larger and larger following these days and im very curious to know how these new machines are doing.

Do you have a link? I have seen plenty of the smaller carts, usually 150cc but they have been coming out with bigger ones recently. These really aren't a match for a Pilot but it sounds like you are talking about a different animal altogether. I really wish Honda would release a new Pilot or Odyssey. Those things were cool

There is no comparison. The honda is a sound machine.

The pilot was cool. However the odyssey was under powered and with no suspension the ride was very bad.......

The Odyssey just needed some more refinement. OK, maybe a lot of refinement. If Honda ever did get back into the small buggies again, I doubt they would make anything less than a properly suspended machine. Motor would probably be weak from the factory like a lot of there quads.

I have the "800cc Motous cheetah", I have posted a review in another forum. I would give you the address but do not know if that is allowed. If you do a googlesearch for the above, I give my input.

all of the 800's are a little different, I've had some electrical issues but other than that I have been very satisfied. I think a lot will depend upon how you intend to use it.

There arent to many things I consider my self to old to ride, but my 79 odyssey is definitely one of them. A real back beater. The pilots were cool and I guess they didnt sell enough of them to keep making them. Im guessing they could sell a bunch of them now.

Have you gotten a chance to drive the Venom Mamba? It's seriously on my radar and would love to know how you liked it??

Thanks.
