What are the largest tires I can put on the stock wheels of my Ranger? I was thinking of going with the ITP Mudlites. I am sure that the 26-10-12(front) and 26-12-12(rear) would work but can I go bigger on the same wheels and without a lift kit.

You can go up to 27" with most tires without lifting it, but I would advise a clutch kit before looking into larger than stock sizes.

 

I will probably just get the 26" tires to be safe I know they will mount on the stoxk wheels. I had to replace the belt a few weeks back and noticed there seemed to be a groove worn into the metel on the clutch where the belt rides.
