Rhino
#1
I just ordered a 660 Rhino yesterday. $8,650, decent price? Anything I should know about the Rhino as far as maintenance etc? I have a 2001 Honda, just drove it and changed oil. I hope this Rhino will be as bullet-proof but have my doubts.

The Rhino has a pretty good reputation overall , I think it all depends on how you use it and maintain it .
I am also buying one within a month or so .
Check out the forums at http://www.utilityoffroad.com/ Lots of Rhino owners there , should be able to answer any questions you have

I put CV guards, CVT filter & Prefilter, K&N filter and prefilter to try and make my Rhino as bullet proof as possible. I just got back from 5 days at Little Saraha Oklahoma and it performed great. I did need to tighten up the 3 bolts that hold the gear shift on as I think they were a bit loose from the factory. Other then that no problems.

have had no trouble at all with my Rhino 450. Make sure before riding it to remove the airfilter and reoil it correctly. mine was very dry from the shop I bought it from. I also would recommend giving all the grease fittings a going over with new grease, they were not well greased from the factory.
I changed the oil and filter after 2 hrs and then again at 10 hrs. just to get all the breakin metal out of the engine. So far so good. I have a honda atv, its just sit since I got the rhino. the rhino will go places the atv could only go around!
good luck.
