So, I got to take my new ranger to the sand @ Oceano dunes (pismo beach). Yeah, there were a couple hills we couldn't climb, BUT the control of the ranger backing DOWN the hill was soo impressive, I found some other hills to get stuck on[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]


Serioiusly, I was pushing it pretty good on the stocks, only a couple times in awd, and a couple times in low awd. The engine isnt as torqey as I would like it to be, but the 700 twin is only @ 40hp, while my single DS 650 motor, with bolt on mods, put out 52

So, now comes the march of the mods........more power from more air, more fuel, and better breathability....






I didn't believe my friend when he told me I wouldnt touch my quad again........


now I understand why.

 

that is the exact way I felt when I drove the stock 07 ranger on the dunes it was awesome and was able to go where the atvs did and then some I loved it.glad to see you are having fun

 

Rangers are alot of fun!

yea I xcant wait to see it, and get it when it comes out.

 

it is allegedly gonna be called the ranger evil twin.


i didn't know that polaris doesn't have a v twin out.
