Rhino Tip over DEATH

I have noticed that the Yamaha rollover is a hot topic here. My kids and I and experienced dirtbike riders. We have 100% of the protective gear made.
Six weeks ago we were inviter to a friends gathering (NO BOOZE OR BEER). An adult took my 10 year old daughter for a ride, he was going slow....not creeping, and not flying. He rolled it, she WAS belted in. She slid out under the seat belt (This I know for a FACT.) The Rhino rolled and landed on her head. LITERALLY splitting her skull open. The xrays show her skull looked like a shattered glass, there was one split that went almost from ear to ear and it was an inch wide open. She was on life support for 24 hours and now she is dead. True she had no helmet on (I had NO idea the owners were going to have the Rhino out when we went there.) It happened on 100% FLAT ground.
So we can now add this to the never ending debate.

Thank you for sharing this sad incident. It must take courage to post this personal tragedy and we can only hope all people involved with ATVs take to heart the basic safety golden rules. Unfortunately for you and your family it is too late for your daughter and I am truly sad for you and your family.
FYI - There are organizations whose mission is to advocate for safe atv riding and provide support to those who have been impacted by serious and fatal atv accidents. If you are interested you may find links to some sites from this thread.

I am truly sad for your loss. Sometimes we can do all the right things and it is still gonna happen. Whether it's driving down the road in a car or on the trail on an atv / side by side or whatever, it unfortunately can happen. I still remember when a mom posted about a guy wrecking about a year ago (I think ) and fatally injuring himself while on a family camping trip. He was alone and I am glad the kids did not see. I hope my wife takes the time to post to my buddies as well if that were to happen to me doing what I love. I could go on and on but this is about your horrible loss. Godspeed to your special daughter friend.
