I just saw another thread with a problem on the Polaris forum. Page 1 and 2 were the same.

The last post on page 1 was from ss97 on 9/12/2008 7:33 a.m.

Now go to the second page. It starts with a post from 09/09/2008 at 9:21 a.m. Clearly the second page has alot of the same posts from page 1.

I know what it is doing. It is trying to put 25 posts on the second page even if it means starting from page 1.

Is this what you see?

 

Not sure what to make of it. First page is fine, but second page only has 2 new posts on it. But there is definitely a difference in the two pages.

My guess would be it's not your settings, but something to do with the pages of the thread.

I would say software problem. Does anyone know who runs this thing? Maybe there is an update to correct this. I can't believe no one else is complaining. The paging is screwed up.

 

I mean when you used to have an outhouse and you get indoor plumbing you let a lot things go by. I know who runs it and i just tried calling but got no answer. I will try later. It has been doing this for as long as I can remember going by the THE SPIN ZONE THREAD. I thought it was done on purpose because in the spin zone I thought it convenient to remember where you left off and then started off the next page if you were doing ketchup.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it becomes an election issue.
