Search function doesn't like short terms

Search function doesn't like short terms
The search function appears to not accept terms less than 4 characters.
Example: Searching for "500 EFI" will return an error message saying the terms are too short and have been disregarded.
Is there a way around this limitation?

They're supposed to be checking on this. Seems a few other of their websites are having the same issues.
