You said your plug is gapped from whatever it was from the box, that's not a good idea. Always gap your plugs, it should be around .020" - .024".

i operated it today and nothing was loose or out of place i put it back together and went for a ride and it didnt make the noise (it just made it very slightly but u really had to pay attention to hear it) now im just scared..... moving on to the ride... i beat a banshee! it had pipes, rad vavles, spacers, and a boost bottle, one question though, how can i get a high top speed like a banshee without losing acceleration? we were racing on dirt but he kept saying that he was losing cause of his tires cause they were bald so we took it to the street, we measured out a 1/4 mile with a truck and raced there i still beat him every time by about 7-8 bikes. he would pass me about 50ft after the finish line and leave me really bad from there. i was kinda passin cars that were on the freeway and he looked like a crackhead on a cracked out bike passin cars like nothing even the speeding ones! but anyway yea... i beat him on the 1/4 mile thnx for all the info and tips guys~
