I'm rebuilding the rear caliper on my 200x and I'm wondering if there is a trick to getting the caliper back together without mangling the new gaskets. I've already mangled one set, and at $14 a set, I don't want to do it again. Plus I don't want to take this stupid thing apart again. Otherwise I think I might just run on fronts only.

 

What do you mean by gaskets? Do you mean the rubber rings that seal the piston in the caliper?
