Rincon Owners ... Need some feedback ..
#11
I noticed my noise when I locked the brakes at high speeds or braking on steep declines. It doesn't sound too impressive but no big deal. If your machine is making noise while riding it could be dirt in your drivetrain or rear brake system. It seems vunerable to the weather. Mine made a little bit of a squeal after the dunes trip but I rolled it back and forth and ran a hose over the disc and it went away. I was also told there may be slivers of steel under there that will have to grind off over time....???????

My Rincon runs great and I beat on that pig (term of endearment). What I would do is ride the CRAP out of it until it is really broken (wont move) then they will replace the tranny. I am being serious here. The only way a dealer can find some problems is when its actually broken not on it's way to being broken. Good luck to you getting the problem fixed. I rode the sportsman and didn't care for it one bit...
