the easiest way if you have a air compressor is to put the glue on the bars and poke a pin through the end of the grip, then use a blown gun attachment. Stick the grip on end of bar, then push blow gun tip in the pin hole you made and blow it right on, the air expands the grip and makes putting it on effortless !!

 

i used wd-40 on my bars,not alot but just enough to get the grips on and it worked perfect!!they dont move a bit

 

Don't tell your wife know this, but womens hairspray works great. Just let it dry overnight. Slides on and sticks like glue.
