Just bought a used 300ex (mint condition) for my 10 yo daughter. She was riding my 250 Big red and my 450 foreman. Had to get her something a little more sporty so she could dog out the boys in the neighborhood. The 300ex has a DG cone style exhaust and header pipe. It is waaaayyy to loud. It also tends to burn her leg when she rides. This is the only thing that is not stock on the engine. I would like to put a stock pipe back on the bike. Can anyone tell me if there will be a significant difference/loss in power? Don't want to give up too much. Does anyone have a stock pipe that they would like to trade or sell?
