For 10k you could probably put together a custom chassis 250r, something like a lone star frame. 15+ year old bikes need lots of love especially after someone has raced it for a few seasons. Get a stock one and buy an aftermarket chassis and put it together yourself. You'll have a better bike in the end. No one is selling the best 250r that they have ever had.. they keep those and sell the rest.
