Any TRX 90 owners - Do you ever have problems starting the 90? Cold or hot. Am planning on getting a used small quad and like the Honda better than the LT80 or Badger. Only bad thing I've ever heard commented on the Honda is hard starting. I'm willing to give up elect. start but I don't want the annoyance of pulling for hours on end. Anyone have any experience/comments on this? Thanks.

 

My liitle brother has one ans he hasn't had any trouble starting it.

 

I got one for my 10-year old for Christmas, and it does seem to be a bit cold blooded when first starting it. It really doesn't seem to be hard to start when cold though...that's what the choke is for...it's just hard keeping it running once started. It idles and runs fine once it warms up...about 5 minutes or more...and starts fine once warm. I might pull the carb though, and see if bumping up the pilot jet a size might help.
