...anyways i dont think a 300ex frame can handle a 400ex motor, it would be better to make it a 330 or somethin. Same for the cr500 in a 400ex~not gonna work

What's your problem? I wasn't rude, I just asked for you to go on your on thread. Now resorting to name calling? Thats nice.

Misterexcessive,
I agree with CrackHeAd, The frames weren't meant to handle that kind of power, rattle your teeth for sure, lol.

Hi,

Brad14 - Thats quite immature of you to say that to him, looks to me like he just asked you politely to go back to your message.

Anyways,
I actually had a friend who tried this. He is a machinist and owns a welder. He used his plasma cutter to make the correct size adjustments, and put the cr500 engine in it. He was able to buy a cheap 400ex chassis and used his cr500 engine. He welded everything into place with 14 gauge stainless steel walls. After he rode it once or twice, the welds were cracking, he re-welded it 3 times as thick. It seems to be doing fine. But after he rides for about 1 hour and gets off, he feels like he's still shaking for about 20 minutes.
