BTW, when I think about it, I started cheking everything with a mechanic. Yesterday, we ran it for about 10 minutes. The first 5 minutes, It was normally hitting the rev limiter but it started cutting after. We took offevery aftermarket things excepting the pipe, putted the air lid on and rejetted it with the OEM Jets and needle and it was worst

I've been working on a few honda and have found out that the wires going into the cdi usually go bad or the cdi itself. Try replacing the wires first then if you have to get a new cdi. Don't buy a stock one its too much $$$, and don't get a white brothers because they crap out in weather below 70 degress.
If that doesn't work i'll ask one of my friends who's a mechanic.

OK this is the last time Im going to tell you "Wiring Harness"
I dont know how to check it on a multimeter, I figured out the problem through trial and error.
It seem to be aparent that that you have tries everything but the cdi and the wiring harness.
this wil be my last reply to your posts.

Don't really understand you're prob. When you give it too much throttle, it cuts out or what? Sounds like you're trying to run it with the choke on. God knows how many times I've found people kicking their quad cause it runs like crap, and they simply forget to turn the choke off after starting it. I'm sure if you took it to a mechanic already then he woudla noticed, so this prob isn't your problem. Just a suggestion though, cause it is one of those little things that can make a biiiig difference!

My quad was doing the same exact thing..I took of the carb and cleaned..sprayed out the jets with carb cleaner..take your carb off...take off your jets and look threw them..if you dont see light at the end they are clogged..so just spray them out with carb cleaner look through again and see if you can see light..if you cant see light keep spraying it out with carb cleaner..

BTW, my mechanic called his mechanis teacher at school and the guy said that It should be my CDI Box or something related to it.
