Adjusting the idle on 250ex

Default Adjusting the idle on 250ex

How do you do it??

take a flat head screw driver and turn the idle screw, not much to it, u wont have to turn it much, i put a pro curcuit full system on mine a while back and it back fired when i let off the throttle, turned the idle screw about 1/4 turn to the left and now it doesnt back fire

You talking about the recessed screw on the right side of the carb if you are sitting on it??

Yes, that's the one. If you adjust it when it's cold you'll probably have to turn it down a bit as it will idle faster when it warms up.
