With the mods listed below what would be a good price to ask for my R? Today was the first day i rode it since i flipped it and it feels even stronger for some reason... the plastics didnt get scratched, frame didnt crack, axle is still straight...only thing it needs is some original 250r spindles.

 

Come on Crackhead, don't live up to you screen name. Keep the classic...uh I mean R. Save up for the new one. I have a mint lt and will never get rid of it.

i dont want to but i can always go to AZ and get one for 3-5k already with aftermarket shocks, a-arms, and axle. The reason i wanna sell my R is cuz i wanna save up for a new mustang GT.

check out the "just smoked a 2002 mustang gt" in the yamaha fourms...please if ur gonna sell ur R get somthing like a old 5.0 or a cobra or somthing

 

id say 3500-4000.

The 88-89's are the bikes that sell for more.

 

the new GT's have more ***** than a 5.0. I see the GT's beating 5.0s at the track all the time, its only a 4.6 but it has 260hp. Cobras are way overrated my friend can beat them on his 98 GT and all he has is exhaust, and gears. Its no surprise that a quad can beat a car...after about 80mph the car will just fly by, plus u can get alot more chicks on a GT not that my R doesnt but yea... around here in my area R's are very rare ive been offered $5k b4 when i wasnt selling it.

 

If you can get 5k for that take it. Around here a full on drag bike wont get much more then 6500 unless its a really unique machine. I guess living by the beach, bikes go for cheap
