well i guys i know there is a new 450 coming out ! it is going to be annouced in september. it wasn't suposed to be out till febuary but with the release of the yamaha, honda bumped up the date.

 

if there is any doubt in ur mind that Honda is making a new 450, get rid of that doubt! none of the big 4 would sit back and watch there company go down the tubes, when it does finally come out, this fall, or maybe next year... when it does, judge Honda then, if it does suck, then u have a free ticket to bash them

 

Here is some inside info from the past dealer show in Feb. My friend owns Pro Parts Racing and he is team mates with Smiley. Any way Mike said at the dealer meeting nothing was coming out for 04, but of course everyone expects something will be announced soon. If they do come out with a 440 or 450, the chasis will probably be similar to the 400 so that the aftermarket stuff will bolt right on. As it is now some stuff will bolton the z400 or the 400ex.
I also worked at a suzuki dealer and sales for the 400ex and z were pretty good. The fact is except for the raptor and the ds which I've ridin them all and those two suck, all the 400's that are coming out will be pretty equal. It is just like deciding which 125 or 250 dirtbike to buy...get what you like.

sorry guys, i know its been a while. ive been away. it is true, im tellling you. The owner told me sometime this fall there will definately be a new honda 450. its coming off the dirtbike engine. believe what you want. your not doing me a favor, i already have a new raptor.

boob, service honda is not affiliated with honda. They are an individual dealer who does the modification themselfs

 

im not trying to sound cocky when i say this tho but i said it may not be true so i could cover my a$$ in case i was wrong lol

 

I have also heard about the R&D on this engine, on Speed channel. but they never said what the engine would be used in? Makes you wonder. I was thinking mabye for thier Water crafts, but it would be awesome in a quad!!
