i have a 400ex and im going to get a slipe on pipe a 440 kit k&n filter nerf bars duncan front bumper and a rev kit. i no i will have to jet big time .

and i live in minnesota where it is dust and muddy. i will be getting into raceing next year but i plane to have all of theis mods doun by next year.
witch is better buying a k&n power jet kit or getting a dail a jet for 1/2 the price .

dial a jet is only good for 3 jet sizes, if you are looking to jet it as far as you can dont go with that. the K&N jets might run different sizes then what the keihn(sp) carb runs, thats how it is with dyno jets. Now, are you talking about a K&N power kit or a K&N jet kit??? power kit comes with the jets and filter and precharger where as the jet kit you only get the jets and a needle. also, a slip on dusn't really allow a 440 or any modified engin to get the max HP out of it, get more with full system.
