A good friend of mine said he saw a trx on e-bay that had a cr500 top end on it. i don't doubt him, but i was just wondering how difficult this type of mod would be. can either 86-87 or 88-89 bottom end be used? if anyone has ever done this, please send some info my way. yea its been done. its cost about 3,500,but you can buy a brand new 2000 cr500 motor from honda for the same price,and you wont have to replace the cluth every weekend.

 

OUCH! ok, looks like the stock 250 motoer is going back in, thx man.
