2 screws in the 400ex pipe broke off inside!!

2 screws in the 400ex pipe broke off inside!!
Those are pretty weak screws now only 1 screw is holding the silver part on. is that ok for now? and how do i get the rest of the screws out of there so i can put new ones in? thanks
