I recently picked up an 88 200sx. It is in perfect mechanical condition. The guy i got it from rode it from 1988 to 1991 until he fried the piston. He then let it sit behind his house until last year when he took it to Honda and had the motor totally redone with a bigger piston. The chain hasn’t even put a hole in the side of the engine case. After sitting in the 115-degree sun of Arizona for 11 years the plastic is all rough and chalky. I have seen Mainer plastic for it but they want $190-$250 for a single fender. I was wondering if any other company made plastic for it or will plastic from another machine work?

 

nope maier is your only bet.

 

At least Maier makes a replacement fender for that bike. Lots of models you cant get plastic for at all!!
