I cant wait! This weekend is the final round of the GNC Championship in Southwick, MA! This is the first pro motocross race im ever attending, and I was wondering what I should expect. I'm going Saturday and Sunday. What days are the Pro 250, Pro Production classes raced? Can i meet and talk to my favorite racers? Can I expect to see any YFZs racing? Is it worth it to go both days???

Take a cooler full of food as the food lines are usually really long. This is the biggest advice you should take from my post.

You can walk by the trailers and talk to the racers if they are out. Often, they are inside resting in the air conditioning. Take a video camera if you can. For me, the most amazing part was how far they are actually jumping.

Leave your girlfriend home unless you have one who doesn't mind you looking around. There will be plenty to see.

thats great! will huevos be there?? ive watched heavos 3,4, and 5 so much that i feel like im best friends with the guy. I would be great to meet him. Are there any good websites i can visit about nationals. I tried the Southwick website(moto338.com) but they only have dirtbikes on the site.

 

I just got back from the MX nationals at Southwick, MA, and Wes was there taping for Huevos with his 16mm camera and Jon Chandler was taping with him. And when I got Wes' autograph, he let me hold his camera for like 30 seconds!
