TRX 450S 4x4 Head Problem
#1
My Father has a 2002 450S 4X4 and the vavles started ticking so I took it to the dealership for him and the mechanic tore it down and said the
Guide Valve Seat
was worn/broken from the head and cause it's a different kinda metal and it doesn't have a part number and had to order a whole new head.
I asked if he could just install new Guide Valves but apparently that isn't the problem and it's the seat which is that it installs into the head.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM???
They don't won't to JB Weld it or anyhting caus ethe figure it will just break again. (SOunds like they have seen a few of these are there shop.
