exhaust headers...help!!!

Default exhaust headers...help!!!

i'm trying to find some headers for my 400EX. i have the FMF powercore 4 slip on silencer, but i need some new headers. would it be worth it to buy new headers?

i have heard that they are a wast of money if your engine is not built.

Default exhaust headers...help!!!

I have the power core 4 on my 400 ex. I added the power bomb header and didn't notice much of a difference. Since then I did the 440 kit and cam ect.. That made a big difference so maybe the header works better with those, who knows?

It's really not worth spending the 200 hundred bucks unless you have some internal motor mods...you'll probably only get 1 extra hp out of it....

Default exhaust headers...help!!!

Anybody heard of drilling out the welds on the stock 400ex head pipe? My friend wants to do that to his but I dont know exactly how or what to cut ...
