Totally depends on what you want to do with it. The Rincon has nothing on the Grizzly as far as which is faster or which is better in the mud. Rincon is not faster and has no differential lock. As far as stability on off-camber, the Rincon is probably the best stock for stock though, because the Grizz is narrow without aftermarket rims on it.

If you are mudding, I think that the best package on paper has to be that new Arctic Cat 650 with the Prairie motor, huge ground clearance, and differential lock. That dude looks hard to beat. I've heard its top end isn't quite as high as the Grizz or Prairie, but the other features look solid. Plus, I've owned Arctic Cat, and I must say it was as Honda-like in reliability and ruggedness as I have seen. Very solid build.

If you happen to be a died in wool honda fan though, get a honda of some sort, or you will never be satisfied. Lucky for me, this does not apply. I had an Arctic Cat when most people still asked me who made it.

If you are a speed freak and still want all the perks of a 4wd, you have to go with a Kawasaki or Suzuki 700. Nothing will touch them. The Yamaha Grizzly is the best blend of all worlds though.

Its totally a preference thing on this, because just about anything you get these days is pretty good. Polaris has even gotten out of the "this will probably break down sooner or later" scheme.
