Rubicon Tires...Kind & Size For This Situation
#11
One weld on rear rack broke and cracked a floorboard so we have spent $22 for repairs in 4000 miles. Love the trans, that’s why we bought it. The trans sets it apart from all other ATV's. You have two auto modes and one to shift it yourself. It’s like having a fully automatic 5-speed manual trans. Your choice of 5 different "modes;" D1, D2, ESP, low D2, low ESP. It also has the best engine braking of any ATV.
We would buy another one. We have considered a Rincon, but like the Rubicon enough we have decided to wear it out before getting something new for us. We might trade in the 02 Rancher for a new AT, because it to has a great transmission.
Better ride both first; they (450 and Rubicon) are two completely different ATV's.
Buy the Rubicon, you'll like it.
