i currently have a 2001 honda 400ex that im rebuilding and modding up with a 440 kit, hot rod connecting rod, stage 1 cam, k&n air filter, jet kit, and maybe a few more mods. now the question i have is when my quad is all done, who would win in a drag race? my 440ex or a polaris 2003 polaris scrambler 500 with a clutch kit, k&n, jet kit and pipe? the reason for this question is everyday, my frend who owns the scrambler says he'll be able to smoke my 440ex in any race, now to set the records straight, who would win?

 

A 440ex should definately beat him by a couple bike lengths or 2. When you get it bored up, tell us the results.

 

Yes, the 440 will win. The 500 will launch hard out of the hole but start dying off at around 40 mph.

Man the polaris 500 engine has a lot of power and with mods it is possible to beat a 400ex yea that geoff guy has alot more into his 400ex than the guy with the scrambler so he should win but if that guy gets a 628kit and a cam that 400ex will be eating the scrambler's dust. And i know u handa people will say otherwise but i rather have an American quad than a jap quad.


Also yfz450r u dont even have a quad so u dont know what your talking about so u cant say polaris sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
