03 450es lower on 1 side

my new 2003 450es is 15mm lower on r/f side then l/s had it in at dealer to get checked and told it was normal!! can this be true?has anybody else noticed this and is there a fix?

Did you measure the length of the rod coming out of the shock? If they are different lengths then there is A) either more weight on the lower side, or B) the spring tension is not equal on both sides. When you pick up your front end, is there some droop to the suspension? Meaning the wheels "drop down" in realtionship to the chassis? If so it is probably the spring tension, or the weight on the low side

Is the right front wheel hanging lower when you support the bike on a stand? Or is the frame closer to the ground on the right front, or both? Is there any kind of adjustable sway bar on the front?
