I've ridden a banshee and a 250EX, There is no way that 250 four stroke single can touch that 350 two stroke twin... Unless the banshee is running on one cylinder and my grandmother is riding it.

True if you dump some cash into the 250EX with pipe, jets, sprockets, piston, etc, then it will get faster (though I still have a hard time thinking it will beat a banshee), but do the same to the other bikes and you're right back where you started, eating dust for lunch. Tasty. Just buy a 400, or better yet a v-force, and be done with it if you're so worried about speed.

 

Fantasies can be a lot of fun, and can spur the imagination - which is a good thing, but are more often better enjoyed privately.

 

Wow! I dunno where and how Honda just made the 250ex so good that it can beat a Banshee, a 250r, and a Blaster but there is this kid in my skool that is in a grade lower than me. He is in 9th grade and he is a spoiled brat, he gets anything he wants which is pathetic. He says his 2001 250ex can do 70-75! Outrageous! I dunno whether he said he had a FMF Megamax on it but he says he eats 250's! I'm not sure if he meant 2-stroke 250's but if he did he is out of his mind. All i kno is when he comes riding with us next summer.........he is gunna find out who the real boss is on Shermans Trails.......ME AND MY KDX200! So if he wants to make excuses as to y he is gunna get blown away, then let him.

I am going to try to be as nice as possible to you since you are probably 10 years old. If a 250ex had all of the mods in the world that are currently availible for it it would get beaten by a warrior much less a 250r or banshee. There are simply no way a fully hopped up 250cc overhead valve air cooled four stroke can be modded out to beat high performance liquid cooled two strokes. It is just not possible.
