id say 2.3k stock if its in pretty good condition
im about to either keep mine and turn it into a MX quad or sell mine for 2.3k(94 w/ supper trap full exhaust, uni air filter, jetting kit, new handle bars, new rear fenders, new bumper) just got it serviced and its in good condition with just a few small cracks on front fender

If you are just doing a family transfer, who cares what the value is. When my dad gave me my quad, in the sale price area, he just wrote "Gift". That way no taxes had to be paid. That is how it works in California, not sure how it works where you live. Also, if you do get taxed, lie and say the value is $500, so you pay less.
