Why don't you clowns go to yamaha forum and check out thanksgiving king of the hill reports and read what some raptor owners are saying or are you afraid of the truth. Check out page 5.

I never said that a raptor can't be beaten by an ex........
with enough money in it.........I think a 300ex could out run a raptor.......

 

I raced my buddy Andy's raptor yesterday in prolly 1/4 mile drag. He only beats me by around 4 quad lengths. And he has a FMF powerbomb header and FMF Q Series Silencer. My 400ex is bone stock. And if you think im smokin something for beating my buddy Tanner's stock raptor vs. my stock ex. There isn't that much of a difference in power. Don't get me wrong Yamaha's are nice machines. You gotta admit though they are a little bit cheaper built then a honda. But both Honda and Yamaha have their pro's and con's.

 

in 300ft drags i eat 686's for lunch but any farther than that they will kill me b/c of there top end...mildly modded banshees are easy to beat also...pm KRAFTY about my 440ex...i was kicking his but at little sahara...he has a rappy w/high comp piston,cams,head work,mbrp drag pipe...and quadman650's girlfriend was spanking his but on her banshee and he said i can stand getting beat by a girl on a banshee but not by a dam 400ex...
