Do any hondas have throttle limitors

 

most of the 4 stroke honda atv's have electronic rev limitors

 

o i meant like the throttle screw like on most suzukis and bombardiers, i know that hondas have rev limiters i was wondering if they have throttle limiters so when breaking in the quad you can only give it so much throttle. or if you have a mother that wants to ride she can put it in 1st and floor is all the way around my house.
