If it is like the rest of the Yamaha line, buttery soft steel, mig wire hanging off the welds, brakes that never work( you know which bike I'm talking about the little B), air filters that do not seal, headlights that pop when they hit water, cam chains that wear out before there time.electrical systems that die at any given time and a fit and finish that is down right poor. With a track record like this you know what you will get. A big pain.

I just thought a extra 260cc may somehow just maybe give the Yamaha the edge.If the EX was a 660 and the Raptor was the 400 I would have to give it to the Honda.

What's wrong with the blasters mechanical disk? The pads just fall out once every other ride you know, now that I think about it.. My friends YZ400F rattled apart, his banshee sucked sand and my other friends kodiak is a pain to get out of reverse. They are also not exactly known for manintence though.. My YZ 250 held up ok, just notchey shifting. Joe

Things are changing fast these days aren't they?

Honda's been very quiet lately. Something is up; I can feel it in my bones.

Nice to have some competition around soon.
