you wont be dissapointed if you go to tellico on a rubicon. i have been 2 times and cant wait to go again. i get plenty of looks on mine because of the tires and the way it sets up. i got stuck 1 time and it was becuase of a huge rock in a mud hole that i couldnt see. go me wedged between the side of the hole and the rock with my wheels turned the wrong way. other than that i have no complaints

 

Some people go to telico with 2x4 and go in many of the same places that big 4x4 go cause they are easier to push, our neibor has gone there a few times with a polaris 325 trail boss and has had a lot of fun, he says you have to go with 3 or more people to help each other out in the tricky parts.

 

dont worry bout not switchin the rubi out of 4x4. after a day or so you dont even care. just watch the doughnuts...sometimes it does it...and sometimes you find yourself flyin off of it with it flippin over right behind you. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] and i think the rubi has plenty of sporty feel...at least for a 4x4 anyways...just my opinions though

 

The only reason that i wouldl like to go in 2 wheel drive is to just have fun, like spin around in the mud and snow, plus it would make for easier doughnuts

 

i dunno, i have done some darn crazy cookies with my rubicon in 4wd, made my friends with sport quads jelioius in the snow! the front end pulls you around withen a 10' area

 

well i have to show my brother that a rubicon can outpull a kodiak in 2x4 also and there is just no feeling like spinning around in a true 2x4 or trying to make hillclimbs more challanging in 2x4

 

myself, i like the kodiak 450 and so does my brother, they have a sportier feel and the rubicon is nice also, i have always been a honda guy but i got the kodiak after riding my buddies new rubicon, it just felt like a workhorse wheeler and that wasnt what i was looking for, dont get me wrong the rubicon shines when the mud gets deep!

 

i think the rancher is the best honda 4x4 made ,specialy the new one!!!!!

 

my friend has a kodiak 400 and i have a rubicon. the kodiak is faster at top end by about 2 bike lenghts but if the 450 is the same width and lenght as the 400 they suck the rubi will out ride them in the trail amazinly due to narrowness and bad suspension plus the belt sucks in the water. this is all baised on the kodiak 400 though.

 

The other day my brother test rode an outlander and said it was very cool because it had alot of power, but I told him that it might not be very reliable scince Bombardier has not been a four wheeler manufacture for very long but it was good that the outlander comes with a 3 year warranty which is better than all other major brands. Does anyone know much about outlanders? Anyways it would scare anyone that he came up to cause of how ugly it looks. HA HA!
