In-laws have a 2000 Traxter. They think it is a tractor and a trail machine combined. 1500 miles and zero problems. It gets worked pretty good at their mountain home.

We are very pleased with our Rubicon. Wouldn't trade it for anything on the market today except for a new one with the GPScape option. A red one of coarse.

 

Put it bluntly, I have worked on both,
The Rubicon is definately the best...... Switch from 2X4 yudda, yudda, yudda If that is the issue get a Warn disengauge kit
Sooner or later they all get smart and get a Honda !!

My buddy has an outlander for the first month it rode alright fast sporty but then thats when all the problems came he was going through spark plugs and 2 batterys and half the time it dosent start.
this is the least reliable machine i have ever seen. My other buddys honda 1987 350 starts beather and the outlander is a 2003. my advice buy a honda or anything else than a Bombardier.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

Yeah I made another topic asking which is the most reliable quad and one guy gave me a list from Consumer Reports of them for the past 2 years and it went like this:
1. BIG RED Honda
2. Kawasaki
3. Yamaha
4. Suzuki
5. Arctic Cat
6. Bombardier
7. Polaris Of course!!

and with having as many problems with my brothers AC and the bomb is below AC, there ain't no way I would get one.
