The Rincon hands down has a "sportier" ride and rides like a Cadillac. I don't think you can compare the ride of both of them though. When comparing those two, it just depends on what you want. The Rincon has no "low" gearing to crawl along if needed, such as steep trails, hills, etc. The outlander is suppose to be a good quad also, it's just different.

I work at a place that sells both machines. I've ridden all sorts of Rincons (we sell a lot more of them), but sad to say haven't had much of a chance to try an Outlander. I gotta say though, the couple Outlander owners I've talked to really seem to like them, and they haven't been breaking as far as I can tell. The set-up guys (they ride that stuff more than anybody else around the store) seem to like them. It's hard to imagine that it would ride any better than the Rincon, especially if you like pushing it a bit. Judging by what I've heard, the Rincon is sportier. I agree with Quad4fun, if rockcrawling or mudding is your game, or other lower speed activities, the Outlander would look more like an option to me.
