Here is this guy that was interested in my fourwheeler a KODIAK 03' and this deal he is offering just seems like a total scam: read:

That just seems really weird to me, anyone ever heard of something like that?

 

Of course it's a scam. What possible legit reason would there be for someone to send you a cashiers check for MORE that you are asking.

If you deposited this check in your account, your own bank will remove the funds from you within a few days after they find out that the check will not clear on the other end.

I remember a couple of months ago someone else in this forum was talking about a similar scam from Africa. They were selling Raptors for like $3000.00, but you had to send the money first before they would "ship the quad". It's amazing how often this stuff happens.

If you can't touch it don't buy it.

 

I am a quad rider, and also a Bird, Parrot person. I have received this same scam about wanting to buy a couple of my parrots, same song and dance, just the item was changed. I believe these people just search all areas to start new scams. Great of you to put this on the board to alert others.
