Here's what it would look like if I ran American Honda.
250ex: displacement bumped to an even 250cc, otherwise unchanged.
300ex: dropped
400ex: Reverse added, piggyback rebuildable front shock, larger oil cooler, revised headlight housing
[more modern styling] FCR 39 carb, 10.8:1 compression, more aggresive cam.
450R: Addition of Yellow plastic
450RR: Aluminum frame, carbon exhaust, deletion of EVERY none essential part [lights, park brake, etc]
Hyper black wheels with red rings, Tag X-5 bars, FCR 41 carb, CRF spec compression piston and
cam, true long travel front and rear with 20" triple rates, 50" width, factory big peg/pro-peg
nerfs,Black plastic with little red trim, limited availability, $10,995 price
650ex: Predator sized sport quad equipped similar to current 450R using XR650 engine and reverse.
or
650 Dirt Hawk: Same as 650ex only uses 650 V-twin Hawk GT engine. [This one is a stretch, I know.]
What do you guys think? Maybe Honda really reads these boards???

FastBansheekid,
I just feel there is too much overlap in the 250ex / 300ex / 400ex models. If the 400 had reverse, I believe there is no need for the 300.
I thought about including a TRX250RF which would use Honda's upcoming CRF250X engine. It is the electric start , enduro version of the CRF250R but there isn't any race class designed for them to increase the demand. Plus, Honda has to beef up all powerplants for quad use and the 250F engine is obviously more fragile than the 450F engine. They would have to do even more re-engineering than they did for the 450R. I doubt that it would ever happen.
That is of course unless Yamaha built a YFZ250F and invented a class. And I put nothing past Yamaha.
