i seen a neighbor of my mom selling a 250r trike, it doesnt look like its in top notch condition. They have been trying to sell it for a while but i finally noticed it is a R. So i looked at it for a minute and the plastics are scratched and dirty, the tires need to be replaced but everything looked like it is there. what should i offer it it doesnt start and what should i offer if it does? there is a build up of oil/dirt on the undercarriage so i know it leaks something, but im not to worried about it. anyone got an idea of a price i should offer???

 

id make sure its a 85/86 before id make an offer if it is...probly sum where round 1000-1500
