I rebuilt my 82 250r before the last desert trip...this bike is bone stock right down to the cast piston I bought from Honda...anyhow...when out riding as the bike heats up and you put a good load on the engine like pulling around and up a big bowl...the pitch and sound of the engine changes...kinda like it may be pinging or something. If you stay on it it will eventually die and will have to cool down a touch before it will restart. We checked the plug and the bike is running rich according to the color...it still has good compression...if you are just putting around it has no problems...any ideas???[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]
