Default 330EX Kit

I found a used 330 EX kit (Cylinder and piston) on ebay. IT's not too much expensive and I have some extra $$$ right now. I'm selling the 300 but I love to do mechanic and It would be a good things to change all the gaskets anyway since it's leaking from everywhere so I'm really thinking about buying the kit. I have several questions thought:

The guy is telling me that I can directly bolt-it on without any cases modifications , is it true?
Do I need to run an oil cooler?

I'm gonna try to give you the compression ratio soon, the problem is that the guy doesn'T remember what is it. He only knows it's a JE piston. I don't want to end with a race gas burning 300EX

And just for fun, is it worth it?

Thanks

Why would you do it if you are selling the bike?

I'm gonna sell it a lot more that what it's going to cost me. Kids love to tell their friend they have a "330EX"
That's so cool

What gain in HP could I expect only with the cylinder/pîston?
