Don't you have a button that says 'override' on your handle bar to remove that reverse limiter? On my 2002 Kawasaki Prairie 650, it's just below my 'start' button, and Yamaha Grizzlies you have to buy on aftermarket module that by passes this limiter, but I didn't hear about one for the Rincon.

I did it this weekend and works great but is limited to certain amount of time, then you must turn the igniton switch of and bypass switch off to recet the ecm.

I am going to try another way this week or weekend so hang tight.

If the new way does not work The other set up will do for when you get stuck.

Default reverse rev limiter override on RINCON

I installed a siwtch according to someone's diagram on another website. Here's what I did, becuase I do want the switch. First I cut the grey wire and attached one end of it to the middle prong on my switch and the other end to one of the end prongs. Then I spliced into the blue wire and attached that to the other end prong. From what everyone says, this should work. But it didn't. Can anyone tell me what I might have done wrong???

I could if I could find a wiring diagram.

I think I know where you saw it and those guys seem a lil confused on whats going on. I did it to my eiger. I used a switch. Now I want to do it to my Rincon.

kikit2, Ya goin to the Windrock spring Jamboree?? Maybee by then we will have all the needed mods worked out.
