Default Purchased an ATV from Chaparral in San Bernardino, CA?

I'm getting ready to purchase some atv's and was wondering if anybody has purchased from Chaparral, and how it was to deal with them? How was their pricing.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Several years ago I was looking to buy three bikes, 400EX, Rancher ES, and a 200XL. I called the them spoke to a Salesman and set the appt to see him. After the 1 1/2 drive I asked for him and he came over and spoke to me for like 30 sec and then left never to be seen again. After walking around for about one hour and looking at the bikes I wanted sitting there, I left. No help, No sale. Bought all three the next week from Huntington Beach Honda.

Good for parts and acces.

Things may have changed.

They are ok if you know what you are doing! The sales staff are kind of flakey. I have bought several bikes there. They knocked several hundred dollars off my Z400, and it was selling real hot at the time. What are you looking to buy???

Thanks for the feed back. I went out to Chaparral this afternoon.....WOW talk about eye candy, neat place. Sales guy that I worked with wasn't very good. Priceing seemed high! I wanted to buy 2 V-Forces and two small quads. They dropped the price a little but they have lots of little add on's.

Think I'll stick with the local dearler hear in Mission.

Thanks.

Be fore-warned: Chaparral's business practices are not focused on their customers satisfaction. As far as customer service goes, it is the worst I have ever dealt with. Several years ago they completely lost me as a customer due to the way they treated me with a simple returns issue. Take your business elsewhere, to a company that cares about its customers, more than the bottom line.
