Default 450r in the mud?

More then likely i'm gonna go with the 450r in the next month or two i was wondering how these things poke around in some light to mod mud.....obviously I'm not buying this to go mudding everyday but when it comes about how is it gonna handle it's self also i hear the first gear is real tall on it......maybe i should go to a 13 for mainly trail riding?? thanks for advice in advance

depends on which tires, how big, and how agressive you are

they arent the best for mudding

I have heard that it is better to go up in the back....the reason being since the sproket would be smaller the chain would wear faster
