I just got done putting the finishing touches on the front end of my 250r.Like put the new brake lines on,set the toe/toeout.I made the tierods make it steer straight etc, etc.I put the front tires on to set the camber and I looked back to see if the fron tires where straight which they wern't I set them 3/4 of an inch out in the back.I looked back to see if the fronts tires where the same width as the axle.Onw was and one wasn't!!!!!!I got a board and set it next to the rear tire and next to the fron tire and it was crooked on on one side and straight on the other.Does this mean I have a bent frame????? or is i just something like rear tire presure one being more inflated than the other I have them both set at 5 psi.OS i don't know.

only you can be the judge of a bent frame....look at both sides behind the lower a arm pivot points...look the same?....any info?.....rim bend?.....you using the same length a arms?....if is bent i found the best way to straighten frames after labouring over bend bikes in the past is to just shell out a bit of cash and go to a panel beater (automotive) who straightens chassis in larger vehicles.....they usually can straighten anything....and do it well...

any more info you can give us?

I took my smacked up TRX300 to one of those automotive straightening places and the guy had it for over 2 months, so I called up and was like, do you got my frame straightened? He said he couldn't do it because of some kind of insurance laws....bah

Anyway, look for any cracks in the paint on the frame. Look at all the points where the frame bends and if the paint is cracked, it means the frame is a little bent. If it is, don't worry, since you couldn't even notice the frame was bent, it won't make much difference when riding.

Stand the bike on the grab bar. Step behind the bike look at the front wheels see if one wheel is higher than the other. If so bent frame. Look where the frame tapers in behind the rear (a)arm mount. If it is bent that is where it will be.
